Tejas Rodeo produces a professional rodeo with bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, and more every Saturday night March-November followed by a live country and western band performance and dance.
Gates open at 5:00 PM. Upon arrival guests can enjoy delicious Texas BBQ on the rodeo grounds or dine in our award-winning steakhouse. After getting your “Taste of Tejas,” grab a cold drink and roam our western-style grounds. While taking in some good ol’ country music you’ll find vendors selling cowboy hats, leather goods, jewelry and western-wear. If an adrenaline rush is what you’re after, the mechanical bull lets you put your bull riding skills to the test! After all the food and fun, make your way into our rodeo arena for an action-packed 1.5 hour show starting at 7:30 PM! Sign your kiddos up for mutton bustin' or let them join in on the calf scramble. Following the rodeo, guests will enjoy a live country and western band and dance until 12am.
Tejas Steakhouse & Saloon is open year-round Thursday-Sunday and is like a mini-museum allowing guests to get a glimpse into the Old West. You'll find saddles, chaps, spurs, rifles, and original Western art dating back to the late 1800's. Along with the authentic Western atmosphere you'll find we serve genuine cowboy dishes which please the most discriminating palates. Enjoy our signature menu item, the KC Steak or one of our homemade dishes that come from old family recipes and cowboy cookbooks. If you're thirsty, you'll find local spirits, ice cold beer, wine, and a delicious cocktail menu.
