About this Nominee
It's all about the Kids. Kiwanis is global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child at a time. Texas Hill Country Kiwanis focuses on children not only worldwide, but we place specific emphasis on the children within the Bulverde Spring Branch Community. Our web site features numerous pictures of the many projects our club members volunteer to support the community and the children, such as, the Annual Diaper Drive in support of several organizations that care for children, the Annual Stuff the Bus event in which the club sponsors and collects school supplies for our local schools, scholarships for graduating seniors, and raising funds and purchasing adaptive swings for special needs children. One such swing has already been installed at Bulverde City Park. The Club is involved in multiple other events, which are highlighted on our web site. The club is a 501c3 not profit organization.
