The Vine Wellness Group™ is a holistic private practice offering mental health and wellness services at our 2 locations in San Antonio and Spring Branch, Texas. The Vine was one of the first practices in Central Texas to integrate holistic services along with mental health counseling in order to heal and maintain a strong physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
